Digging my own grave

So this past weekend I took a trip to Vicksburg, MS. I had a great time touring the town. Jeremy's aunt and uncle took me to the civil war grounds and showed me around. I got the history 101 lesson for sure. We visited the old cemetery. I thought that was so awesome. I got some amazing pictures that I will post tonight when I get home. I've visited quite a few cemeteries since I've been here mainly for the picture taking. But all this has really made me start to think about me and my husbands grave. Has anyone else thought about this? Where do you want to get buried when you die and how? Cremation, in the ground or in a mausoleum? I haven't quite decided but I feel like I need to make somewhat of a decision and tell someone about it. I was walking around the cemetery in Vicksburg and I went to go see where the nuns were buried. Do you know that all of them had an average life span between 90-100 years old? Wouldn't that be nice. Now that's what I call a stress free life! Sign me up! This trip also included staying at one of the casinos and yes, I did win some money. I won $63 in one of the slot machines. Not much, but hey it's more than I had before I started playing.. We went on a few little hikes to a waterfall in the woods and the weather was just so perfect. All in all it was a great trip, thank you Kerri and Rodney!

This week has flown by and I am ready for Saturday and Sunday. This is the last weekend to get stuff done at the camp to prepare for hunting season next weekend. I still have to sight in one more gun, put one more stand up and make sure all the feeders and timers are working.

Monroe is also having the Delta Festival this weekend so I will have to go check that out with my buddy Candace. There should be a few interesting bands playing.
